Health Workforce Strategic Planning

Supported the State of Utah in health workforce strategic planning, which resulted in passage of 2022 Utah House Enrolled Act 176 and the establishment of the Utah Health Workforce Advisory Council and the Utah Health Workforce Information Center.

Worked with the National Governors Association to develop a publication and associated issue briefs related to “State Strategies for Sector Growth and Retention of the Direct Care Health Workforce.“
